By registering for an account or using any part of LuminaPTE, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your profile details up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
• You may sign in using email/password, or via a supported third-party provider (Google, Facebook, or GitHub), which is also subject to that provider's own terms.

• Paid plans grant access to practice modules, mock tests, and other features for a set duration, as described on the plan at the time of purchase.
• You may hold only one active subscription at a time. Cancelling or letting a plan expire is required before starting a new one.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or login credentials with anyone else, or access the platform using another person's account.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute practice questions, mock tests, or other content from the platform.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or its underlying systems.
• Use the support ticket system or any part of the platform in an abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful manner.

All practice questions, sample answers, study materials, branding, and software on LuminaPTE are owned by LuminaPTE or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable licence to use this content for personal, non-commercial exam preparation only.

Automated scoring, feedback, and practice content are provided to support your preparation and do not guarantee any particular result in the official PTE Academic exam. See our full Disclaimer for details.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour. You may stop using the platform and cancel your subscription at any time.

The platform, its practice content, and AI-based feedback are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuminaPTE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including exam outcomes based on our practice material or feedback.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use LuminaPTE after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes.
