• Account information: name, email address, phone number, city, gender, and profile photo — either entered by you or provided by a third-party sign-in method (Google, Facebook, or GitHub).
• Study & practice data: your target score, study plan, practice answers, mock test attempts and results, and progress statistics across Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening.
• Billing information: subscription plan purchased, payment amount, currency, and transaction status. Card details are handled directly by our payment providers — we do not store your full card information.
• Support data: the content of support tickets you raise, including any screenshots or images you choose to attach.
• Session data: authentication tokens and cookies used to keep you securely signed in.

• To create and manage your account and keep you signed in.
• To personalise your study plan, daily practice limits, and mock test access based on your target score and subscription plan.
• To process payments and maintain your payment history.
• To respond to support tickets and account questions.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the platform and its practice content and AI-based scoring.

We use secure session cookies/tokens to authenticate you and keep you logged in between visits. These are essential to the service — disabling them will prevent you from using your account.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with:

• Payment providers, strictly to process your subscription purchase.
• Service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of LuminaPTE and its users.

We retain your account and practice data for as long as your account remains active, so your progress and history stay available to you. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see the section below.

• Access & update: review and update your name, phone, city, gender, and profile photo anytime under My Profile → My Profile.
• Password: change your password anytime under My Profile → Change Password.
• Deletion: to request deletion of your account and personal data, open a ticket from My Profile → Support or use our Contact page.

LuminaPTE is intended for users preparing for the PTE Academic exam and is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
